Hugo has a general litigation practice that is focused on entrepreneurs. He is also a specialist in (professional) liability law and insurance law. Hugo is a seasoned legal practitioner, with years of experience both as a lawyer and as a judge at the Commercial Chamber of the Amsterdam District Court. Hugo teaches behavioural law and insurance law at the professional training institute of the Dutch Bar Association. He is also member of the editorial board of the online magazine VAST (Insurance Law, Liability, Damage and Supervision) and is a member of various specialist associations.
