Kim Kroon
Kim studied law at the Vrije Universiteit (Amsterdam). Since she became a lawyer in 2006, she focused on the civil law aspects of real estate law. She has successfully completed the postgraduate program Grotius Real Estate Law.

Kim has broad (litigation) experience in civil real estate, with a particular focus on VvE and apartment law. For example, she is a member of the Lawyers Association of Apartment Law (JvA) and a member of the editorial board of the legal database VvERecht.nl. Kim also regularly gives presentations on (the developments in) apartment law.
Managers, developers, real estate professionals, recreation parks and VvEs throughout the Netherlands are among Kim’s clients. Kim considers apartment law to be a dynamic and challenging field, in which she aims to solve legal issues in close cooperation with her clients. She deems good cooperation with her clients essential to achieve the best results.
Kim has been a partner at Pact advocaten since 2026.
