Yvonne van Ballegooijen

Yvonne views her profession as mathematics with words. She is an attorney who truly enjoys distilling complex issues down to their essence and resolving them. Substantively strong, meticulous and pragmatic, she always keeps an eye on the interests and dynamics behind each case.

In her practice, Yvonne advises homeowners’ associations (VvE’s), housing corporations, contractors and independent entrepreneurs on complex disputes and legal matters relating to condominium law, property management, maintenance, decision-making processes and construction-related issues.
