Daniel ‘s law career began in 2004. Daniel focused on real estate law right from the start, and over the years he has built up a practice completely specialised in this area of law. He provides legal counsel and litigates with regard to rental, purchase and sale of real estate and homeowners’ associations. He is a specialist in tenancy law in particular. Daniel has extensive litigation experience.
Daniel studied law at the University of Amsterdam and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and completed the post-academic Real Estate Law course at the Grotius Academy in 2010. In 2018, he completed the VHA Tenancy Law specialisation course with honours. Daniël is a partner at and co-founder of Pact advocaten (2014).
