Cindy is a partner at Pact advocaten and has been working as a lawyer for over 13 years. Cindy is the go-to lawyer for HR professionals, entrepreneurs, statutory directors and employees. One of the reasons why she is always able to find a suitable solution to the problem, is that she takes the culture of the company into account in her advice.
She will always try to avoid a trial, but does not shy away from this route. If necessary, she will bring your case to court. Cindy is dedicated to employment law in a broad sense, with a special focus on cross-border cases, reorganisations, dismissals and employment law advice in M&A procedures.
Cindy is a committed legal counsel and sparring partner, who will explain the legal framework of your case and possible solutions in plain language to you.
Cindy has been a lawyer since 2010. She worked for various firms before she became a partner in 2022 at the firm that merged with Pact advocaten in 2023. She has been a partner at Pact advocaten since 2023. Cindy also completed the Postgraduate Employment Law (PALA) at Erasmus University. She is a member of the Association of Employment Law Lawyers Netherlands (VAAN) and the Association of Employment Law Lawyers Amsterdam (VAAA). On top of that, Cindy is an active member of the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club (the Royal IGC) and a board member of Tennis Club Kattenlaan.
