Martijn is specialized in employment law and its intersections with business and corporate law. He advises in particular on issues such as statutory directors (appointment, remuneration and dismissal), transfer of undertaking and restructuring (including reorganisation). He excels as consultant and business partner.
Martijn has a no-nonsense approach. He is target-oriented and well aware of timelines. His expertise offers great added value when he is sparring with his clients about complex issues. Martijn is a partner at and co-founder of Pact advocaten (2014). He has been a lawyer since 2003. Martijn completed the Grotius Employment law specialisation course in 2006 He worked at Van Doorne until 2014.
