Cindy Roza

Cindy is a partner at Pact advocaten and has been working as an employment law lawyer for over 14 years. In particular, she helps HR professionals and legal counsels of modern companies striving for a better world and a positive working environment with reorganisations, dismissals, sickness, labour disputes, personal improvement processes and contracts.

Reorganisations – guiding the process, ensuring that the desired change is also (legally) feasible and properly implemented.
Dismissal – negotiations and preparing documentation, so that you get the best possible deal and your reputation is safeguarded.
Sickness – making sure you comply with the law and discussing options, so that the employee reintegrates properly and does not abuse the continued payment of wages in case of sickness.
Employment disputes – resolve quickly so you can get back to your normal work and focus on positive things.
Personal improvement processes – guide personal improvement processes so that you give the employee a good chance to actually improve and you (if necessary) have a good case file for dismissal.
Contracts – drafting and reviewing contracts so that if anything goes wrong, you can rest assured that everything has been well written down.

Cindy has been a lawyer since 2010. Besides law school, she also completed the Postgraduate Employment Law (PALA) at Erasmus University. She is a member of the Association of Employment Lawyers Netherlands (VAAN) and the Association of Employment Lawyers Amsterdam (VAAA). In addition, Cindy is an active member of the Royal IGC (Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club) and a board member of Tennis Club Kattenlaan.

Cindy is registered with the Dutch Bar Association as an employment law specialist.
